PetLab Co. is seeking a Junior Creative Producer to support localization and production of paid media creatives, with a focus on translating English assets for Spanish-speaking audiences.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Creative and Senior Digital Content Producer to manage assets and coordinate voiceover and shoots in a fast-paced, performance-driven team. You’ll contribute to localization quality, collaborate with native creators, and ensure timely delivery across Meta, TikTok, and

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience creating or adapting video content for performance campaigns.
• Proficient with video editing tools and best practices for social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Localize and adapt top-performing English-language creatives into Spanish (Latin American dialect).
• Coordinate voiceover talent and creator partnerships for Latin American markets.
• Manage creative assets, versions, and delivery to media buyers/partners.
• Produce short-form edits for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ensuring brand consistency.
