Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a B2B Meta Ads Creative Producer (Contract) based remotely in Spain. You will own ideation and production for paid social campaigns, delivering 4–10 new Meta ads weekly across static, carousel, and short-form video formats using existing footage and stock assets.

You’ll analyze performance data to inform future creative and collaborate with paid media teams to align with campaign objectives. Flexible schedule, up to 10 hours/week, fully remote.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating experience producing paid social advertising (static ads, carousels, and short-form video).
• At least one or more case studies showing brief, concept, execution and measurable results.
• Strong editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Review paid advertising account performance and use data to develop new ad concepts.
• Produce 4-10 new Meta ads per week across static, carousel, and short-form video formats.
• Build creative using existing b-roll, stock footage, client content, screenshots, motion graphics and text overlays.
