PetLab Co. is a world leader in the DTC pet supplement market, seeking a Creative Strategist to bridge data-driven performance with compelling creative.

You will partner with Paid Media, Video Producers, Organic Social and Influencer teams to craft high-performing ad creatives that scale customer acquisition and revenue. This remote role requires senior-level thinking, strong analytical skills, and a track record of direct-response campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative strategy or performance creative roles.
• Experience with high-growth DTC brands and paid social.
• Strong ability to interpret performance data for creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and performance auditing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to find winners.
• Creative ideation and scriptwriting for direct-response campaigns.
• Production management and briefing between strategy and production.
• Designing structured testing roadmaps and optimizing ads based on data.
