Job summary

TubeScience is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer for fully remote work in LATAM. You will turn ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert, move fast, test constantly, and level up through real-time data insights.

You’ll edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts, build hooks and story arcs, and collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly. Comfortable with English and async teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred).
• Expertise in Premiere Pro ( pacing, structure, audio, storytelling).
• Intermediate+ After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography).
• Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
• Comfortable working in English with async, global teams.
• Willing to complete a technical editing assessment.
• Available 9am–6pm PST.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
• Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs
• Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly
• Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback
• Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality
