Job summary

Talentify is hiring for a remote, Spanish-speaking call center role. You can work from anywhere while earning a commission-based income. No location barrier and training provided to all new hires.

You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow scripts to ensure high satisfaction. Prior experience is helpful but not required, with CRM systems familiarity a plus and a focus on helping the Hispanic community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or call centers preferred but not required.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and use of call scripts.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the leader to stay up to date on product and service knowledge.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and effectively handling complaints.
• Use scripts to handle difficult customer situations and elevate to the appropriate team if necessary.
• Ensure customer account information is always up to date.
• Handle incoming customer calls regarding product or service questions, general information, or complaints.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure a complete and satisfactory experience.
