Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 6 months healthcare call center or related customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to callers and build rapport to create a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information on healthcare plan services, eligibility, benefits, and general support.
• Assist callers with account updates and guide next steps in a clear, professional manner.
• Research questions across multiple systems while maintaining engagement.
• Follow privacy standards and documented procedures to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Document interactions accurately in the systems and de‑escalate with empathy.
