Job summary

Continuum Global Solutions is seeking project-based bilingual Spanish customer service representatives to support healthcare members and providers. You will resolve inquiries, provide plan information, and guide callers through options in a respectful, accurate manner.

The role emphasizes active listening, strong communication and documentation across systems in a remote call center. Pay is $17 per hour with overtime opportunities and a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Healthcare call center or related customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening and communication skills required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members and providers with empathy and accuracy.
• Provide information on healthcare plan services, eligibility and benefits.
• Assist callers with account updates and guide next steps clearly.
• Research questions across systems while maintaining engagement.
• Follow procedures, document interactions, and ensure privacy compliance.
• De-escalate concerns and navigate multiple applications in a remote setting.
