Job summary

Continuum Global Solutions is seeking project-based Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support healthcare programs. You will handle inbound calls from members and providers, resolving questions about coverage, eligibility, benefits, and claims with empathy and accuracy in a remote setting.

The role requires bilingual Spanish-English, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Healthcare call center experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays with Pacific Time alignment.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to callers to understand concerns, build rapport, and create a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information related to healthcare plan services, eligibility-related questions, benefits, member materials, and general support needs.
• Assist callers with account-related updates and guide them through options and next steps clearly.
• Research questions across multiple systems while maintaining engagement during interactions.
• Use client-specific tools and procedures to resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Follow compliance, privacy standards, and established processes for quality and audit readiness.
• Document all interactions thoroughly in the appropriate systems.
• De-escalate concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Navigate multiple applications and resources in a remote call center environment.
• Adapt to changing business needs and support additional call types as needed.
