Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Bilingual Insurance Customer Support Associate - Spanish-English for remote work in the United States. You will help customers with inquiries, resolve issues with empathy, and ensure privacy under HIPAA guidelines while supporting a diverse, global team.

Role requires at least 6 months of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work from a home setup with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• Ability to follow HIPAA privacy guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer experience and literacy.
• High-speed internet access (≥15 Mbps).
• USB wired headset preferred (Bluetooth may not be suitable).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
