Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate medication refills including data entry and claim adjudication.
• Make outbound patient refill calls and process refill requests.
• Answer, resolve and triage inbound inquiries.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacist or clinician.
• Identify meds requiring special storage or handling.
• Manage, organize, and update data using database tools.
• Support process improvements and drive quality standards.
• Act as a partner to stakeholders and protect confidential information.
