Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Refill Technician to support the pharmacy team by ensuring accurate, timely filling and delivery of specialty medications. You will assist patients through the refill process, handle outbound and inbound calls, and help maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

Requirements include 2+ years as a pharmacy technician and a High School Diploma or GED, plus strong communication, organization and tech skills.
