Job summary

Trusted Leader in Healthcare Services seeks a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative to assist members, providers, and patients in both Spanish and English, navigating benefit options and claims with HIPAA-compliant care.

You'll document inquiries, leverage CRMs/EMR/EHR and ticketing tools, aim for high first-call resolution, and uphold privacy while delivering compassionate, accurate support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience.
• Previous call center experience and/or prior experience in the health insurance industry is preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with a 5% or lower error rate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers in areas such as Member Services, Medicare, and Billing.
• Document inquiries and resolve issues, including complex calls related to product lines.
• Explain health plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies; gather information for issue resolution.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality and comply with PHI security standards.
• Meet call center KPIs such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction.
