Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Spanish bilingual Scheduling Center Agent to work from home, coordinating patient appointments and providing essential access to care. This role supports our mission of improving dental health with affordability and transparency.

The position offers both full-time and part-time options with virtual training available. The agent will handle inbound calls, communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, and maintain HIPAA-compliant private workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be professionally proficient in both English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred, especially in call center/retail/hospitality.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, clear and professional.
• Tech-savvy with ability to navigate provided technology.
• Must have wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, within 6 feet of router.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant private workspace.
• Some evening and weekend scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with patients as the first point of contact for new patients.
• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment with empathy and professionalism.
• Listen to patient needs and apply sales/customer service techniques to set appointments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Call Center Leadership.
