Muon Space, Inc. offers a full-time remote Legal Internship where you will gain hands-on exposure to commercial space law, regulatory policy, and government contracts while working directly with experienced attorneys and regulatory specialists.

You will build regulatory matrices, conduct legal research, and draft clear summaries that influence Muon’s operations and growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program (1Ls and 2Ls welcome).
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Genuine interest in space, technology, or government contracting.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regulatory compliance matrices that track license conditions, reporting obligations, and procedures.
• Support the broader Legal and Contracts team with research and administrative work on commercial agreements, government contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and market research and synthesize findings into clear written summaries and recommendations.
• Assist with additional legal, corporate and regulatory projects as they come up, including filings, process documentation, and export-compliance recordkeeping.
