Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Legal Intern to gain hands-on exposure to commercial space law, regulatory policy, and government contracts. You will work directly with experienced attorneys and regulatory specialists on licensing, export controls, NDAs, and vendor agreements.

This remote, full-time internship runs May–September, with 1Ls and 2Ls encouraged to apply. You will build regulatory matrices, conduct legal research, and synthesize findings into clear summaries.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program and eligible for a summer internship.
• Strong research and writing abilities demonstrated in coursework or prior work.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regulatory compliance matrices tracking license conditions and reporting obligations.
• Support the Legal and Contracts teams with research and administrative work on commercial agreements and government contracts.
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and market research and synthesize findings into clear summaries and recommendations.
• Assist with filings, process documentation, and export‑compliance recordkeeping.
