Job summary
Momentus, based in San Jose, CA, seeks a Business Development Capture Manager to drive proposals and capture new business. The role interfaces with customers and coordinates across Engineering, Product, Finance and Legal to craft winning space solutions.

Qualifications
- BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or related
- MS Degree in Engineering, Physics, or MBA (preferred)
- 10 years relevant experience
- Experience closely related to space
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead proposals and capture new business
- Interface with the customer to understand their needs and requirements and to explore solution trade spaces
- Liaise between Engineering, Product, Finance and Legal teams to develop winning solutions for the customer
- Conduct internal proposal reviews and approval processes
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies for government and commercial space sectors
