Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple Southeast-based projects, coordinating with architects, contractors, and client teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. The role focuses on upfits, security, ADA compliance, and base-building work across TN, GA, NC, SC, and FL.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, drive risk management, and maintain documentation such as charters, budgets, and schedules while travelling regularly to project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience from inception to closeout.
• Experience developing scope, budgets, schedules, negotiating contracts, and managing financial performance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera), and web-based PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of multiple projects across five states from identification to closeout.
• Lead cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, contractors, brokers, vendors) for various project types.
• Provide weekly leadership updates and real-time portfolio tracking in client tools.
