Signify is seeking a Southeast Regional Controls Sales Manager, home-based in North Carolina, covering the Southeast region. You will engage with engineers and end users, promoting our Wavelinx controls and lighting solutions.

You will build relationships with specifiers and customers, monitor opportunities, and drive growth through coaching and performance improvements. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and market expansion across healthcare and related sectors.

Formación

• 7+ years in specification sales roles focused on technology or innovative solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Wavelinx controls systems.
• 5+ years selling lighting and lighting controls to healthcare facilities.
• Certifications in sales methodologies are beneficial for effective sales management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Drives brand awareness and activation with marketing teams for specifiers and end users.
• Establishes strong customer intimacy and nurtures relationships with key contacts through visits.
• Monitors funnel conversion to orders, analyzes triggers and opportunity quality.
• Continuously builds sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills through learning and coaching.
