Randstad Sourceright is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand role requirements and source top talent across channels. You will screen candidates, conduct phone/video interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role emphasizes high-volume project experience, strong communication with stakeholders, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in German and English is required.
• 1+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience.
• Autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling high-volume projects and campaigns.
• Motivation to learn and tackle challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake/briefing calls with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand role requirements.
• Source and screen candidates using various channels to find the best matches.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors to secure top candidates.
• Conduct phone or video screening calls.
• Engage with candidates to provide a great experience at every touchpoint.
• Join weekly calls with hiring managers to share sourcing updates.

What you will do:

• Conducting intake/briefing calls - collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role.
• Source & screen for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels.
• Work very closely with Talent advisors to find the best candidates for the open positions.
• Conducting phone or video screening calls.
• Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
• Attending weekly calls/catch ups with the hiring managers to share updates regarding the sourcing process.

What we would like you to have:

• Professional fluency inGerman and Englishis required
