Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead supplier relationships and oversee promotional product sourcing for global clients. You will shape how we source, curate, and deliver branded merchandise with a high-touch vendor network, driving quality and value.

You will manage supplier pricing, contracts, and fulfillment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, working with Swag, Production, and Sales to build compelling catalogs and client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise and working with suppliers.
• Ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.
• Familiarity with promo software and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products.
• Build and manage vendor network and vetting processes.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to balance cost and margin.
• Oversee procurement, orders, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with logistics to streamline global fulfillment.
• Lead process improvements and maintain SOPs.
