Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and oversee promotional product procurement for global clients. You will shape sourcing strategy, build a best-in-class vendor network, and drive end-to-end fulfillment in a fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to deliver high-quality, on-brand merchandise, curate catalogs and lookbooks, and continuously improve procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and terms with vendors.
• Experience building vendor catalogs and lookbooks for campaigns.
• Familiarity with promo software and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Manage large or complex orders requiring multiple vendors or custom product development.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics partners to streamline global fulfillment.
• Develop product catalogs and lookbooks to enable sales teams to sell across client use cases.
• Establish and evolve SOPs, improving procurement workflows and tools.
