Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd. is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Promotional Merchandise to own supplier relationships, pricing, and end-to-end sourcing of branded products for global clients.

You will shape sourcing strategy and build a best-in-class vendor network while balancing speed, cost, and quality. The role involves hands-on vendor management in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with Swag, Production, and Sales to deliver high-quality, on-brand merchandise at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with suppliers and decorators.
• Strong negotiation and pricing skills with supplier terms.
• Clear communication of design principles and product specs.
• Prior experience with promotional product software and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build and expand the vendor network as the business grows.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Set pricing balancing competitiveness with strong margins for Reachdesk.
• Oversee procurement and order management, production schedules, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics to streamline global delivery.
• Lead continuous improvements in procurement processes and SOPs.
• Manage multiple sourcing requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop product catalogs and lookbooks to support sales campaigns.
