Quince is seeking a strategic Sourcing Manager for Mattress & Utility Bedding in North America. You will build and lead vendor partnerships, optimize supplier performance, and scale supply chains for cost, quality, and lead time.

Based in the United States or Latin America with remote flexibility; occasional travel to partner sites. The role offers a chance to shape high-impact sourcing in a fast-growing company with potential bonus and equity options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in home softline categories in the United States.
• Strategic leadership and ability to influence across teams.
• Self-motivated with quick independent learning.
• Data-driven decision making and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month; SF Bay Area hybrid option for local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Scout for North American vendor partners capable of high quality products and fast lead times.
• Pitch and onboard vendors quickly with clear criteria for testing and scaling if successful.
• Improve costs, quality, and terms by expanding supplier base and optimizing existing relationships.
• Manage capacity at supplier and style levels to keep pace with growth.
• Represent Quince with partners to build strong, long-term relationships and continuous improvement.
• Drive higher hit-rate launches by reducing bottlenecks and speeding development.
• Strategically analyze the sourcing landscape to optimize product costs and speed to market for USA, Canada, and Europe.
