Job summary

Quince seeks a Sourcing Manager for Mattress & Utility Bedding (North America) to lead vendor scouting and onboarding across the USA and beyond. This role focuses on high-quality product sourcing, rapid production cycles, and building a scalable supplier base to support growth.

Based remotely in the United States, the ideal candidate will manage diverse stakeholders, optimize costs, and drive speed-to-market while maintaining strong relationships with partners in North America and Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in home softline categories with high-end national brands in the United States.
• Strategic leader with customer focus and the ability to drive impact across teams.
• Self-motivated with quick independent learning and adaptability to challenges.
• Detail-oriented with data-driven decision making and problem solving.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on execution, process improvement, and brand enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Scout for North America vendor partners who can manufacture high quality products with fast production lead time.
• Pitch and onboard vendor partners with clear test criteria and scalable capacity if tests succeed.
• Improve supplier performance and costs by expanding the supplier base for sustainable sales and profitability.
• Manage capacity at supplier and style level to match company growth.
• Act as ambassador to partners, building relationships and driving continuous improvement.
• Aim for higher hit-rate launches by improving development times and removing bottlenecks.
• Understand sourcing landscape and trade benefits to improve costs and speed to market for USA, Canada, and Europe.
• Lead with a strategic and collaborative approach across stakeholders and be ready to adapt processes.
