Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a Source to Procure Manager to lead the digital procurement strategy for a manufacturing and automotive client. This remote role focuses on building a scalable source-to-pay roadmap, governing platforms, and driving adoption across cross-functional teams.

You will partner with procurement, operations, and compliance to improve governance and analytics, delivering measurable procurement improvements in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Source to Pay, or related functions.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end source-to-pay processes, including strategic sourcing and e-procurement.
• Proven experience owning digital products from roadmap development through continuous improvement.
• Strong governance experience in global policy management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and refresh the source-to-pay digital roadmap, translating procurement priorities into actionable plans.
• Lead the implementation and operational health of source-to-procure platforms, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Establish governance for digital procurement capabilities and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
• Develop and execute training and change management plans to enhance user adoption and engagement.
• Define success metrics for digital capabilities and lead corrective actions when outcomes fall short.
• Guide procurement teams in spend analytics and decision-making to optimize category strategies.
• Optimize demand management processes and improve user experience by guiding end users to preferred suppliers.
