Job summary

Hexion seeks a Source to Procure Manager to lead digital capabilities across the end-to-end S2P process. You will own the roadmap, drive adoption, and partner with Finance, IT, Data, Legal, and business teams to deliver measurable value.

You will guide governance, implement structured change plans, and lead a small team while advancing analytics, supplier strategies, and category insights through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, Source to Pay, or related functions.
• Experience leading digital procurement transformations.
• Strong governance, policy management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement analytics and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and refresh the Source to Procure digital roadmap with clear outcomes and investment needs.
• Lead implementation, integration, and ongoing health of Source to Procure platforms.
• Establish governance for digital procurement capabilities and policies.
• Develop training and change plans to enable adoption by buyers and end users.
• Define baselines, targets, and adoption measures for value realization.
• Improve spend analytics, taxonomy, and data quality to enable decisions.
• Optimize intake, demand, and buying channel management.
• Collaborate with Invoice to Pay leader to improve end-to-end process.
• Lead two direct reports and build an inclusive, outcome-oriented team.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI and automation.
