Job summary

Hexion Inc. is seeking a Source to Procure Manager to lead digital capabilities across the end-to-end S2P process.

You will oversee e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, and e-procurement, guiding a team to reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will finalize the digital roadmap, establish governance, and drive adoption with training and change management across Procurement, Finance, IT, Data, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Years of Experience: 7+ years in Procurement, Source to Pay, digital procurement, procurement operations, technology-enabled transformation, or related functions, including meaningful leadership experience.
• Experience, Skills and Knowledge: End-to-end Source to Pay processes, with expertise in strategic sourcing, e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, and e-procurement; governance, change management, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own, finalize, communicate, and refresh the Source to Pay digital roadmap; translate priorities into a sequenced portfolio with outcomes and investment needs.
• Lead implementation, enhancement, integration, release management, and ongoing health of Source to Procure platforms; ensure stability and sustainability.
• Establish and chair governance for digital procurement capabilities, policies, workflows, and data standards; ensure global applicability and compliance.
• Develop and execute role-based implementation, communication, training, and change plans; build capability among sourcing managers, buyers, and end users.
• Define what good looks like for each digital capability; set baselines, targets, benefits, SLAs, and adoption measures.
• Taxonomy stewardship and analytics to enable decision-making and opportunity identification.
• Optimize intake and demand routing to preferred suppliers, catalogs, and buying channels; improve policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Invoice to Pay leader to improve end-to-end process integration.
• Lead, coach two direct reports; build an inclusive, outcome-oriented team.
• Apply external best practices and AI/automation to drive continuous improvement.
