Job summary

Hexion in Columbus, OH is seeking a Source to Procure Manager to lead the digital capabilities across procurement and the end-to-end Source to Pay process. You will own the implementation, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, and e-procurement capabilities, guiding a small team to reliable and value-focused outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with Procurement, Finance, IT, Data, Legal, and business units to finalize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, Source to Pay, digital procurement, or related functions with leadership experience.
• Experience owning digital products or capabilities from roadmap through implementation and sustainment.
• Strong governance, policy management, and change-management capabilities across global audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and refresh the Source to Procure digital roadmap with outcomes and dependencies.
• Lead implementation, integration, and ongoing health of Source to Procure platforms.
• Establish governance for digital procurement capabilities and policy management.
• Execute adoption, training, and change plans for end users.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, value, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, Data, and Legal across the organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team to drive accountability and results.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in S2P processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field

MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
