Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume service of process.
• Proven track record of leading a service of process team.
• Strong understanding of California rules of civil procedure.

Responsibilities

• Manage workloads, hit SLAs, and maintain accuracy.
• Coach team members and ensure quality and productivity.
• Track KPIs and identify trends early to adjust workflows.
• Maintain a reliable process server network and resolve issues.
• Handle escalations and partner cross-functionally as needed.
• Identify inefficiencies and refine operational processes.
