Stratford Davis LLC in Indianapolis is seeking an entry-level Solutions Representative to learn how to hear a household’s problem, frame options, and recommend a fit—while refining that skill with mentors who still sit on calls with you.

Most reps work 3-4 focused days with warm, pre-qualified flow, and beginner training, free platforms, structured mentorship, and fully paid trips/conferences for high performers are standard. This is a high commission-based role with earnings tied to performance.
