You’ll gain hands-on experience with discovery, framing, education, and iterative recommendations, supported by structured mentorship and paid training as you grow in a high-commission, performance-driven environment.

• Discovery: uncover financial goals, worries, and constraints with pre-screened clients.
• Framing: translate inputs into two or three clear solution paths.
• Education & presentation: match client challenges to Life Insurance, IUL, and Annuities by educating and presenting tailored solutions.
