Southwire Company, LLC is looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer to enhance growth in servicing data centers, energy storage systems, and utility customers across North America. This role requires in-depth engineering knowledge and experience bridging sales and technical expertise.

You will translate customer needs into efficient solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and drive specifications in emerging markets. The position involves significant customer interaction and the opportunity to lead innovative service solutions.

Qualifications

• 8-11 years of experience in the engineering field, with a focus on electrical systems.
• Proficient in Codes & Standards: NEC, ASTM, UL, CSA, IEEE, ICEA, NEMA.
• Experience in Data Centers, Energy Storage Systems, or Microgrids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into technical solutions and guide the sales process.
• Provide deep technical knowledge about Southwire's products and services.
• Develop and launch novel service solutions aligned with customer needs.
