Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan and manage complex electrical projects remotely. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and report on performance and risks. The role requires strong leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities include guiding project teams, ensuring safety and quality, and mentoring staff to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages projects from initiation through completion to align with objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinates resources, contract management, and progress reporting while addressing issues to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Mentors team members and drives best practices, training, and development across the project team.
• Ensures safety, regulatory and quality standards are met throughout project lifecycle.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and project oversight.
• Oversees budgeting, cost estimation, and scheduling with senior leadership input.
