Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II to join our remote team. You will craft testing strategies, design detailed test cases, and execute manual tests across software applications, integrations, and data flows.

You will also support automation efforts and ensure release readiness through rigorous defect management and quality metrics. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in software QA, familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience.
• Experience with test planning, test cases, and defect documentation.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with functional, regression, data validation, and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies and plans from requirements and specs.
• Create detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts per SQA standards.
• Execute manual testing across apps, integrations, and reports.
• Support automated testing and identify automation opportunities.
• Perform regression testing on new functionality and configs.
• Validate data using SQL and data validation tools.
