Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands‑on mechanical design experience in power infrastructure, smart energy, or modular equipment markets.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required; MSc/PE preferred.
• Experience driving architecture for mechanical systems from concept through field deployment.

Responsibilities

• Solutions architecture: interpret client specs into detailed mechanical requirements and ICDs.
• Lead mechanical scope of work for proposals as SME; define executable scopes.
• Perform system trade‑offs balancing performance, weight, cost and manufacturability.
