Job summary

GBG seeks a senior technology leader to become the VP of Engineering Enablement & Operations, reporting to the CTO. You will empower a global 300-person engineering organization to move fast with consistency and excellence, shaping AI adoption, developer experience, and operational health.

You will partner with leaders to embed AI-enabled workflows and establish scalable standards. You will lead measurement, optimize efficiency, and drive impactful improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in engineering enablement or related roles.
• Proven ability to scale engineering enablement programs across distributed teams.
• Strong focus on process, metrics, and repeatable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and emerging technology adoption across the engineering organization.
• Establish metrics to measure adoption, impact, and developer experience.
• Embed AI-enabled tooling and workflows into daily development practices.
• Own end-to-end developer experience for a globally distributed team.
• Develop frameworks and standards for tooling, onboarding, and assessment.
• Design systems that improve predictability, transparency, and execution.
• Manage strategic relationships with tooling vendors and service providers.
