Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Client-Facing Data Analysis, Customer Success in a Technical Environment, or Sales/Account Management.
• Committed to long term account health and customer needs.
• Eager to be in a highly customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Account Executive teams with technical expertise and data analysis to build trust in data, methodologies, and outputs.
• Understand customer goals and scope solutions balancing demand, budgets, and data assets.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues to improve coverage and methodologies.
• Collaborate across data, insights, client strategy, and account teams to guide onboarding and early customer success.
• Refine GTM assets and processes to accelerate deal cycles and growth.
