Job summary

1Password is seeking a Solutions Engineer for our remote Mid-Market team in the United States. You will act as a technical advisor to customers and Account Executives, leading discovery, tailored demonstrations, and solution design to address customer goals and requirements throughout the sales cycle.

You will translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, coach AEs on product capabilities, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to create compelling

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical sales or solutions engineering in a B2B environment.
• Experience supporting complex sales cycles for cybersecurity, identity security, or SaaS solutions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical advisor within the GTM organization.
• Lead discovery, qualification, tailored demonstrations, and solution design for Mid-Market customers.
• Recommend technical solutions that align with customer use cases and decision criteria.
• Define technical success criteria and align stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Coach Account Executives on product capabilities and customer messaging.
• Educate customers on the 1Password product suite across teams.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
