HM Electronics is seeking a Solutions Engineer for MAG, Military and Government, focusing on expanding the Western/Eastern USA region. You will qualify and close opportunities, influence top accounts, and collaborate with the MAG team to drive revenue growth.

The role requires 3–5 years of direct selling experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years direct selling experience including equipment demonstrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel up to 50–75% as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual quota and quarterly targets by closing sales in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with the MAG team and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Generate demand and establish relationships with top accounts.
• Lead partner resources (VARs and dealers) to close sales.
• Develop client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Promote Clear-Com/Trilogy offerings with ROI-focused sales messaging.
• Forecast opportunities and provide accurate CRM updates.
• Identify new opportunities and work with product management when needed.
