Ladders is seeking a Legal Solutions Engineer to join a leadership team in the business services space. The role sits at the intersection of legal expertise, consultative selling, and product demonstrations, helping sophisticated buyers understand how technology can support their workflows.

You will partner with sales teams on strategic opportunities, translating complex legal and technical concepts into clear, compelling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle on Enterprise and Strategic opportunities
• Lead consultative discovery sessions with sophisticated legal buyers to understand workflows and operational challenges
• Prepare and deliver tailored, compelling product demonstrations for each prospect's specific needs
• Translate complex product concepts for both legal and technical audiences to build credibility
• Research and recommend appropriate solutions from the company's suite to meet customer needs
• Influence the closing and win rates of strategic accounts in collaboration with the sales team
• Travel frequently for on-site discovery sessions, demos, and executive meetings
