Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise customer base. This remote role is based in Germany or the surrounding area, with the mission to deliver efficient, scalable technical solutions for our customers and sales teams.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, work directly with customer technical contacts, and create demonstrations, enablement resources, and self-service tools to empower customers and drive adoption of our platform.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background to help customers architect integration.
• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• Excellent communication adaptable to different audiences.
• Experience working with customers, even in student clubs.
• Proficiency in Python and software development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from our customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, and work with our product teams to make these real!
