Job summary

ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with sales to improve the technical sales process, work directly with customer technical contacts, and architect bespoke solutions.

The role emphasizes building self-service tools, creating technical demos, and enabling the sales team with strong technical fluency. Sydney-based with Melbourne travel is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing technical skills and empathy.
• Proficiency in Python and software development concepts.
• Ability to architect integrations between our solutions and customers' systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work with customer technical contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft technical demonstrations that communicate product value.
• Create enablement resources to improve the sales team's technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
• Identify opportunities to productise common integration patterns with product teams.
