Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock the full potential of its voice AI platform for a growing enterprise customer base. You will scale technical solutions across accounts, align with sales, and drive adoption through technical leadership.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, work directly with customer tech teams to architect solutions, and create self-service resources and demonstrations that communicate value clearly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and software development concepts.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and engineers to architect solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work with customer technical contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate product value clearly.
• Create enablement resources that boost the sales team's technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns with product teams.
