Job summary

Yelp, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical resource for Yelp's API ecosystem.

You will own the end-to-end integration lifecycle from onboarding intake through production launch, collaborating with engineering and account teams to deliver successful API implementations for channel partners, enterprises, and brands. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, OAuth 2.0, rate limiting, and webhooks.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple partner integrations from enterprise to emerging partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for Yelp's account teams and partners, owning end-to-end API integration from onboarding to production launch.
• Guide partners through setup and adoption of Leads API, Ads API, CAPI, Reporting API, and Data Ingestion API.
• Manage integration onboarding intake and coordinate test setups with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot integration issues directly in technical environments.
• Monitor partner integration health using SQL and dashboards, identifying adoption gaps and performance issues.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to accelerate API adoption and remove blockers.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams to inform improvements.
• Maintain internal documentation and integration playbooks to scale support.
