Job summary

Drips is seeking a strategic, technically fluent Solution Consultant to translate client goals into scalable, data-driven conversational engagement programs. You will own qualified opportunities from discovery to scoped, priced proposals, designing end-to-end technical solutions with clear data and integration requirements.

In this remote U.S. role, you will shape the commercial case, produce scoping documents, and collaborate across sales, finance, product, and operations to move opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3–6 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, pre-sales, implementation, or hybrid strategy/product role.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, education, or other regulated industries.
• Ability to translate discovery into a scoped, executable solution and a written specification.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts (APIs, flat-file or SFTP) and defining requirements with technical teams.
• Knowledge of TCPA and HIPAA considerations or ability to ramp on compliance constraints.
• Strong Salesforce discipline and accurate opportunity data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and comfort presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own opportunities from qualification through proposal delivery and solution design.
• Structure client use cases based on challenges and outcomes.
• Produce PSGs/BRDs, business cases, flow charts, journey diagrams, and demos.
• Contribute to pricing and packaging, including bundled or performance-based programs.
• Define integration requirements (data, triggers, APIs) for executable solutions.
• Navigate governance and compliance constraints (TCPA, HIPAA).
• Tie solutions to measurable outcomes and design testing frameworks with client insights.
• Maintain Salesforce data across the book of business.
• Collaborate across sales, finance, product, operations, and legal to ensure feasibility.
