The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years in Solution Consulting with expertise in GTM tech. Strong executive communication skills are essential to effectively partner with Sales and Customer Success teams, optimizing solutions for client success.
The position offers an annual salary range of $175,000 – $185,000, including base salary and commissions, alongside comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- 4–8+ years in Solution Consulting, with 1 year in GTM tech, influencing complex SaaS deals.
- Experience in integration-heavy customer lifecycles and understanding of sales/marketing automation.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery to identify pain points and success metrics.
- Design and run proof-of-concept trials to define success metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams post-sale.
