Descartes is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support customers using Descartes Sellercloud and Peoplevox. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, understand business goals, and help customers derive greater value from Descartes solutions.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, and build customer advocacy. Strong e‑commerce knowledge and remote‑work capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Extensive understanding of e‑commerce, D2C fulfilment workflows, and marketplace integrations.
• Strong technical and analytical mindset for churn trends and data-driven decisions.
• Solid relationship management skills across all levels of a client org.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of client accounts and align Descartes products.
• Act as product/e‑commerce expert; translate issues into actionable feedback.
• Educate users on platform usage during scheduled calls.
• Lead business reviews; monitor Customer Health and maintain high NPS.
• Own escalations and manage complex cases end-to-end.
• Determine best practices for product usage and configure client settings.
