Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or consulting role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient with various online platforms (email, chat, social media).
• Strong problem-solving and independent work abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
