Placements24 is seeking a Remote E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily operations, optimize listings, and resolve order issues across digital sales channels. You will work with marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment and strong conversion rates from home-based, remote collaboration.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento, strong analytics skills (Google Analytics), and excellent communication.

Competenze

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and related tools.
• Strong analytical skills with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with OMS and CRM software.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Proactive mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.
