Caseware is seeking a motivated Solutions Consultant to guide customers through evaluation and implementation of Caseware solutions. You will partner with Account Managers, lead product demonstrations, and translate client needs into actionable insights for product teams in a North America focus.

You will work remotely with global teams, support evaluations, and contribute to thought leadership and conference participation while helping clients modernize accounting workflows with AI-enabled

Qualificações

• 3+ years preparing financial statements or performing audits/assurance in accounting.
• Experience in a SAAS company serving accounting professionals is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Managers to help prospects evaluate and implement Caseware solutions.
• Lead evaluations including presentations, trials, pilots, and best practices.
• Plan migrations and implementations across client environments with Professional Services.
• Support evaluations and implementations, keeping timelines on track.
• Create and maintain value-driven product demonstrations and use cases.
• Bridge customers and Product teams with actionable feedback for roadmap alignment.
• Attend conferences/events and engage in thought leadership activities.
• Design scalable processes to support delivery and future growth.
